The character never appear before.. this is Annie BFF. As you can see she's fashionable although her taste can be quite garish sometimes.
I can't really decide how she might appear although I always wanted her to look like typical chinese girl.
This time I pick Illustudio to draw her. It took a lot of turn to make her look better so I decided that IllusStudio would suit me better. Cleaning up lines in IllusStudio are better but I tend to delete lot's of jagged / interconnected lines.
Hmm... I wonder if I should choose illuststudio for all the inking project.
